Voice commands
Hi!
I bought a set of DUO 20S. Voice commands don't work at both devices. As though the microphone doesn't work. But I changed and tried all 3 microphones from a set. In case of telephone conversation microphones work. I did program up-dating. How to activate voice commands?

Connect your phone or computer to the device and using the software enable voice commands
Or hold the jog dial for 12 seconds and wait for the LED to show solid blue and you'll hear "Configuration Menu"
Rotate the jog dial until you hear "voice prompt"
Tap the phone button to enable

You did not say how you are doing it. So perhaps you do not know how?
So go to page 30 and 31 in the manual

You can press the ambient button to trigger it. And in manual there is a list of commands you can use like "check battery"

In what point of the program there is such switching on "voice commands"?

That is super frustrating when hardware glitches feel like a total mystery, almost as random as getting weird spam search suggestions for in unrelated chat apps! Since your mics work fine during phone calls, the hardware itself is definitely good. Have you checked the device settings in the Sena app to make sure voice commands are actually toggled on? Sometimes a factory reset and re-pairing the Bluetooth connection completely fixes the software bug. Good luck!
