i cant update the software. Also the sena device manager server wont connect.

  Hi I have just purchased Sena 10c all is working fine, unfortunately when I connect it to my computer using micro USB cable, my computer is not recognising it like it did recognise my prism tube. Any suggestions

  I am wasting plenty of time trying to resolve issues on prism tube that I had already returned to seller and then I bought the 10c also having problem with the USB recognition. The sena Bluetooth device manager is recognising the unit and updating fine. Unfortunately PCs are not recognosing the unit as partition.

  I wish i did not buy these products time wasted

  i was told to do this on my Windows 10 PC

   

  Here are the steps to disable the driver signature on your Windows 10 PC.
  
  Click the Start Menu and select Settings.
  
  Click Update and Security.
  
  Click on Recovery
  
  Click Restart now under Advanced Startup.
  
  Click Troubleshoot.
  
  Click Advanced options.
  
  Click Startup Settings.
  
  Click on Restart.
  
  On the Startup Settings screen press 7 or F7 to disable driver signature enforcement.
