I just bought an SMH10 used, so I don't have any instructions. I've searched online a bit but haven't found a solution to my problem. 

Basically, if I have music playing and I talk, the music's volume will go down until I stop talking. If I make more noise, like blowing into the microphone, the music will pause for a few seconds, then resume playing. This is an issue for multiple reasons... For one, I often talk to myself while riding... (I've kinda got a habit of criticizing other drivers...). Second, and more importantly, it does it with wind noise. it's not a problem below like 30 mph, but once I get up to 60, the music is constantly pausing and playing, and this has redefined the word annoying for me. It's incredibly annoying and flat out painful to listen to. I've gone through the configuration menu on the SMH10 and have tried activating and deactivating everything I could through there, but nothing's changed it. 

I really hope there's a way to fix this, cause this would render this device 100% useless to me if this is what I'm going to have to deal with. 

I'm running the SMH10 connected by bluetooth to a samsung galaxy S4, but I'd imagine that this issue is on the sena's end. I don't want any signal going to the phone from my mic while listening to music.
