Problem with connectivity

I just bought the 3s-w. The microphone and headphones are functioning normally ... The problem is that the phone only recognizes 3s as an output device or only as an input device. If during a call I choose from the phone to transfer the sound to bluetooth, then only the headphones work and the microphone does not work. On the other hand, if I choose from the phone to transfer the sound to the headset of the phone, only the microphone works but the headphones do not work ...The other devices I have are not facing similar problems so my mobile phone can not be troubled ... I also tried a different mobile phone, but I have the same problem...

Please help me because at this time I can not operate the device I bought ...
