sena 50c - sena voice commands not working

sena 50c - sena voice commands.

Not recognising anything.

Microphone working (teste via camera recording).

I have factory reset, fault reset, rolled back/forward firmware, tried both mics (both work with camera etc), trawled forums (tried see nah instead of sena etc. etc.) Nothing works.

Anything else I have missed or worth a try?

Its going to be sent back I think as it was the hands free voice commands that drew me to it. Thanks all.

  I also have the same issue. It stopped working for no reason. Have you tried sena voice command app?

  I just saw a comment saying that you need to spell "Sena" in English. How? :D

  I've never been able to get voice commands to work on my 50S. It's just another advertised feature that Sena completely failed to deliver.

  Check Voice Command Language Settings and ensure that the voice command language setting on your Spacebar Clicker Sena 50C is correctly configured. Sometimes, mismatched language settings can lead to recognition issues.
