Sena 10U Not going into Phone Pairing
I have had the 10U for years and it has worked well. I haven't used it in over a year now and am trying to pair it with a new phone. I have done a factory reset. When I go into Configuration Menu, there are no choices for Phone Pairing, only:
Delete all pairings
Remote control pairing
Universal Intercom pairing
Factory reset
I successfully paired with an RC3 remote. I have deleted all pairings and did the factory reset. There simply is no choice for Phone pairing. I did connect via USB to my computer and updated the firmware to the latest.

I just solved the problem using the RC3 remote. Apparently, the option will not appear if a remote is paired. You must use the remote to get into Phone Pairing mode. I pressed the center button for 12 seconds. While holding the button down, it will go into Intercom pairing mode. Keep holding it down and it eventually will go into Phone pairing mode.

Hi David Salyer. You can hold down the Minus (-) Button for 12 seconds on the remote control or directly on the headset itself to place the 10U into Mobile Phone Pairing mode.
