5S firmware download blocked p, device manager

I tried to update the firmware my intercom 5S

In device manager App, my device is recognized

When I try to download the firmware suggested, the download start and stay at 9% (Firmware French version). I tried to select English version I have the problem

I restart computer, application , remove cable to the helmet ... same problem

Is there a problem with repository ?

  is the issue on downloading the file to your computer or on installing it onto the device?

  if it is withh downloading to your PC try here: https://archive.org/download/sena_firmware_files_SMH10

   

  (old location for mirror of all firmware files is out of order, managed to bug something out there, had to split the files by device to avoid stepping on that bug)
