Sena Spider RT1 static noise issue.

Hi, I recently bought a sena spider rt1 and experience some static noise. It occurs immediatly after turning the device on if i wait 5 seconds it beeps and it dissapears. If i listen to music or press any button it starts again. Volume doesnt effect the static noise. So is it a software issue or a hardware issue? I already did factory resets etc.

  Hello Marc,

  Were you able to resolve the noise issue with your Spider RT1?

  I recently got a Spider ST1, and I'm experiencing the same noise problem.

  I've already contacted Sena support to see what steps I can take to fix it.
