Same here, can connect to Sena but when I chose the 2.4GHZ Wifi, app shuts down. Very frustrating and I guess I give up and send it back.

Their app is crashing when you press "Connect" after entering your network password.

    Here is the log:

Is there any update to this please?  I have just spent a lot of money on a new Neotec2 and SRL-Mesh; the wifi adapter is not working for me either with the same symptoms as reported above.  An urgent response is needed otherwise this whole kit is going back to the shop for a full refund.

Your WiFi SSID got a dash in it? that breaks the Adapter code for some odd reason.  Better to use a USB-C cable and update the stuff from your computer.

'For some odd reason' is not a good enough response from an organisation that prides itself on its quality. If this is a known issue then why is this limitation not mentioned on your product literature? As for the computer connection, that doesn't work either and, before you ask, I have made all the changes recommended in your support FAQ

I'm just a user, too so i can't tell more. I just dig deeper into stuff than most regular users.

Only their developers can fix this problem. "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException" is some programming-101 shit that a company that Sena should be deeply embarrassed about.

But they obviously don't care about software quality. We're writing this in a ZenDesk Customer Support app that's been brutally forced into the shape of a community forum. Again: obviously the work of people who barely understand software.

    I agree with your idea

They pushed a update on the app that fixes the crash issues there.

Also: a report feature is needed here, spambots like to drop their spam with some AI-generated blurb around them

I can confirm, it is working now.

    Thank you SENA!
