    I have the same problem.
First time I wanted to fully charge it.
Left it on charge last night and it only went from 40% to 50% on a 5V 1A charger with a normal USB C cable

Used it today until it shut off. Now it has been charging for 6 hours and the app only shows 50%. I used the wifi adapter on a 5V 2A charger.
Now changed the wifi adapter to a normal cable on the 5V 2A charger.

[Edit]: Also the language setting is set from german to english everytime I connect it to the wifi adapter.

Ok, my System seem to work now.
I used it yesterday till it ran out of battery (which was just an hour), then in the evening I put it on charge with a 5V 2A charger and the wifi adapter. Today in the morning the LED on the helmet was blue and the purpleish LED on the adapter stopped flashing.
In the app it said 100% SOC. Today I used it for 7-8 hours for navigation and some music and finished on 54% SOC.

So the battery healed itself, but the language still resets to english.

You need to configure the language in the adapter, too to prevent the overwrite. Not sure where it is in the app since i usually "speak" the protocol that the app uses to talk with the adapter (found that stuff out when doing some research a while ago)

    Alright, will look into it.

Sadly today I've got a problem again. Charged it over night to have a full charge and it doesn't even turn on. Plugged it in a couple of seconds then startet it, only thing that came up was "battery low, goodbye"
Not what you expect for that money.

    I submitted a service request.
I'm not sure how it would go.

Again... In the evening I plugged it in and set it on the edge of the table. Checked the LED is red. Now in the morning the LED was off and the battery empty. I didn't touch it in the night.

I have the same issue. It works randomly. Last 3-4 days I can’t change it over 50%. The first sound that I’m hearing - ‘low battery’. It works less than 1 hour and dies. Tried different setups Wi-Fi adapter + 1A charger, Wi-Fi + 2A, USB-C + 1A, USB-C + 2A. Could not find a solution. Seems like energy is leaking. Very disappointing.

By now I send it in to my dealer. Haven't heard anything for at least 3 weeks.
Would be interesting to see if the version for the neotec3 has the same issues.

Sorry to hear that Mathis. I hoped that you have received help from Sena or community and solved the problem. Seems I also need to visit my dealer and give them back my communication system.

Same issue, started a ticket on the Sena Tech help desk few days ago. Not sounding hopeful. Bought mine 1-1/2 years ago, so still within the 24month warranty.

    @Kim Eriksson
I got mine replaced by warranty last year. Not had any problems since then.

What have you charged the new one with 1A or 2A?

It was a 1A charger. And usually it’s not charge but discharge while plugged in.

Hy everyone, I had the same issue previously. I sent my Sena back for the diagnosis. After some time Sena confirmed that it was a bad product and they sent me a new one. Now it works perfectly. I can change it with everything :)
