Sena Motorcycles App QR Code Scanning
My 50S has recently developed a problem with SIP via the Motorcycles app. When I select to scan a QR code there is no scan box, just a cross-hair, and the code will not scan. I have the latest version of the app, v2.13, and the 50S has firmware v2.1.1. The app has access to the iPhone camera and the camera has QR code scan permission. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app makes no difference.

I have a similar issue where I can see the QR in the the app but it won't scan. I've tried two Samsung handsets, neither scan but my old iPhone does.0 -
Mine suddenly started working. I hadn’t changed anything and I still have a cross-hair rather than the previous scan box, but that’s the same in friends’ apps too.

Seems no matter what I do with the Samsung it isn't working. It looks like it is trying but no. The iPhone is fine but reverting to a years old phone is no answer. I've raised it with the help desk, it can't be just me that has an issue.

Me and 4 friends have the sena 20s evo, 2 have iphone which have no problem scanning the QR code the other 3 have android phones and none of them can scan the QR code. Is this a know problem?

Same issue. The older version of the Sena app does work on Android. Sena Utility.apk
You won't find it on play store but on other download sites.0 -
The newest app update has resolved this issue for android phones.
