I am always having multitasking connection problems with my sena SRL Neotec2 I have tried many times to get it to connect to my Samsung A53 5G phone, and TomTom 550 rider. It connects to both, but can only listen to the music or get directions. Either there are no directions from the TomTom, when music plays, or the music stops, and I hear the directions, but then the music does not come back on. When I look at the phone, the music is still playing,(counters moving for the song) but no music can be heard. The phone shows it is conected to Sena. I have played around with the Sena app, multitask on and off, and reset, and updated the Sena, but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to work correctly. Can anybody please help me? Thank you
