Support response times?
I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago because my 50C camera won't turn on. Headset was working fine. I received one support email which I responded to and since then, nothing.
I have just now opened another ticket because now the unit will not stay powered on unless connected to a charger. I have had this unit for not even 3 months. I've had sena headsets for ears and they have been trouble free until this one.
So on to my actual question. Is there any way to contact support other than the web form? Is there a phone number to call or a chat page? How can I get a response from support before the heat death of the universe?

I don't think that they have any support. I have been waiting a month.
