SC2 Set up easy now a few days later no longer works

All (remote and main unit) are fully charged etc.
Was working fine, then yesterday I  turned on main unit and it says "Hello" and never says "Phone connected".
In my phone I said to forget the SC2 and then tried to re-pair.
I cannot get to Configuration menu...
I can turn on main unit.
Then when I press the remote button I get "Remote Connected" and immediately I get "Good Bye".
No matter how many times I do this I get the same.
