Sena 50s Model SP75 Shuts off after 4 minutes and wont update firmware
For about a week now, my sena 50s has been shutting off after about 4 minutes of usage everytime. Battery is at 100%, i've tried updating the firmware through wifi, it'll do a update, but its the same firmware that was in it. I try it through the device manager (using a type c data cable), i can't get it past 20% and getting the error code "Failed to update firmware, Cannot get status (7)(50)" has anyone experience any issues like this? ive also done all the reset procedures and have not had any luck. I've opened a help ticket with Sena, but still awaiting their response. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

One thing I've found that has helped sometimes is when using the wifi adapter to update, I disable the 'auto firmware' update option in the settings on the phone app.
If you can provide me your ticket number here, I can jump in and see if I can send you an older firmware to boot, and then the newer firmware to re-install.
