I can't talk with Sena 50S Mesh
My Sena 50S-01 (Firmware version 1.3.1) is not working properly.
When attempting to communicate by Mesh intercom, I can hear other users' voice, but my own voice is not transmitted to them. Initially, my voice might be transmitted, but after some time, it completely stops being heard by the others. Rebooting my device doesn't work.
However, by bluetooth intercom, I can successfully talk to the others. Voice commands also seems to be working fine when my voice is not transmitted by Mesh intercom. These indicates that the microphone may not be faulty.
I tried a factory reset and a fault reset, but it had no effect on the issue.
I am wondering if the pairing with my smartphone for music and navigation might be related to the issue. Could you please advise me on the recommended settings to try?

Hi tak
one thing we can test to see if this happened due to firmware is doing a firmware restore to V1.3. I've created a ticket for you and submitted a guide on how to do said process.
