Poor FM and Media volume on SRL XT

In spite of trying (and with frustratingly little support from Sena) I cannot get FM radio (nor other media) to play at a volume worth bothering with.

Intercom is plenty loud.  GPS instructions, both from Garmin and Google, are plenty loud.  

But the FM radio is pretty much a useless feature.  And after spending north of $500 CAD on this thing, for the supposed HK sound - I'm very unhappy.  

Who else is experiencing this?  Both the lack of volume, and the lack of meaningful support from Sena?  (um, do I really need to do a factory reset on a device I just got?  Really??)

  I apologize for the inconvenience you're facing with the FM feature. Could you kindly let me know which region in Canada you're located in? (I noticed you made the payment in CAD.)

  When it comes to troubleshooting any electronic device, performing a factory reset is often a good step. This helps ensure that settings are returned to their default state, eliminating any software-related issues. Additionally, performing a hard reset can help resolve hardware-related problems.

  As far as media volume goes, you should play with the settings via the Sena Motorcycle app and see what works for you. Personally, I use the EQ Setting for voice as it increases the volume a little bit more. Also, make sure your speakers are directly over your ears and not offset, as this plays a vital role.

  Another factor is that some mobile phones will automatically reduce volume for safety reasons. Although I'm not sure if this is required in Canada, it is a federal requirement in the US and EU Requirement. Although this can be negated by enabling the Audio Boost Feature via the app.

  Could you please provide more details about the issues you're encountering with the FM radio? You mentioned that it's "useless," but it would be helpful to understand the specific problems you're facing so that I can assist you more effectively.
