Sena 30K (micro USB) Failed to restore firmware. NO Backup firmware

I have a 30K with micro USB (old version) and wanted to do a firmware restore. I get the error message:

"Failed to restore firmware. NO Backup firmware"

Currently the FW v3.4 is on it.

I have already set the device to factory settings. How can I fix this.
