the SR10 has reached is EOL, so no support will be offered for it.

this is the most recent firmware, https://senatech.box.com/s/1l6ozj5a3zcgh2x1hwav9jng1w5yk6fu

the SR10 needs to be powered on to be recognized and certain settings need to be disabled on your windows/macOs device in some cases, so let us know what OS.

    Hi everyone,

I'm facing the exact same issue. The current Sena Device Manager does not recognize my SR10, and I specifically need the SR10 Manager to adjust the Radio Transmit Gain setting, my TX audio level is too low and the other stations have to turn their volume to max to hear me.

The Box link previously shared in this thread (senatech.box.com) is unfortunately no longer valid (404).

Sena support replied with a generic bot answer pointing me to the Device Manager, which is not the right tool for the SR10.

If anyone still has the SR10 Manager installer (sr10manager-V1.0-setup_x64.exe or any variant) on an old PC and could share it, I would be extremely grateful.

    Thanks in advance!

Update: I managed to configure my SR10 successfully. Here is what worked for me on Windows 11:

The current Sena Device Manager does recognize the SR10, but Windows 11 blocks the SR10 USB driver due to a missing digital signature (Error Code 52 in Device Manager).

The fix: Temporarily disable driver signature enforcement at startup:

    1. Hold Shift and click Restart
    2. Go to Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Restart
    3. Press F7, "Disable driver signature enforcement"
    4. Windows starts normally with the restriction lifted for this session
    5. Plug in the SR10 (powered on), launch Sena Device Manager, select SR10 and proceed

The SR10 is then recognized as SENA SR10 v1.2 and Device Settings are accessible, including Radio Transmit Gain (Low / Medium / High) and Audio Channel Timeout.

Sena should properly document this workaround for legacy hardware on modern Windows versions.
