Connection of Sena Mesh to Triumph

Recently bought the Sena Mesh for a Shoei Neo tech 2 helmet - it connects to the Sena app fine (firmware all updated)  but I cannot get the Triumph connectivity module to 'discover' the Sena headset unit?  Am I missing something? Is there a Bluetooth  'discoverability' setting that I should be using for the Tiumph to find it?

  You should be able to just enable phone pairing on your Neo-Tech 2 and go to your Triumph TFT. Here is an OFFICIAL Triumph video showcasing the procedure. The device in use is the 10S.

  If your Triumph cannot locate the device, but your phone can discover it via Bluetooth, I would recommend contacting your Triumph dealer to see if there is an update that needs to be done on your bike.
