50C camera app always disconnect

Hi! My Samsung A52s always disconnects from the Sena Camera app, if I try to open the media files. I can not download the videos, photos or delete them. I tried everything, switching wifi channels, turn off bluetooth, mobile data, but none of them helping, it just disconnects from the app. What can be the problem? Thanks!

  Mine is doing this right out of the box. Brand new paperweight
