    you could try a fault reset first, that typically resets all the hardware but not the settings.

    When the SRL2 is not functioning correctly or is in a faulty state for any reason, you can reset it by pushing the pin-hole reset button located next to the DC Power Charging & Firmware Upgrade Port. Insert a paper clip into the reset pin-hole and press the reset button for a second with light pressure. The SRL2 will turn off, and you will need to turn the system back on and try again. However, please note that this action will not restore the headset to its factory default settings.
