Hi, I have the sena 50r harman kardon, srl mesh and srl2, both happening the same thing. I drive a lot in the city and receive a lot of calls via WhatsApp and FaceTime, most of the time when I answer the audio switches between the intercom and the device constantly, meaning I can't stay on the call. I imagine it could be a cell phone update (I use an iPhone) or WhatsApp that caused this. And maybe a firmware update could solve it. Both headphones are in the latest update, I even reset the faults but it still persists
