First, close out the Sena Smartphone Completely. Next, in the Bluetooth menu on the iPhone tap the "i" symbol on the right side and select "Disconnect". Then return to the list of Bluetooth device and select the 10C to cause it to reconnect back to the iPhone. Finally, open the Sena Smartphone App to see if the 10C is properly recognized by the app.

    Hallo Chris,
    Thank you for your response.

I've tried to reinstall the app, reconnect, pair (Voice:'Headset paired'),  all without succes. After turning on the headset I get the message 'phone connected'. In the BT menu the Sena 10 is listed and connected.
(forget this device and re-pair all works) I'm able to listen to music from my Iphone with the headset. If I start the app a 'running circle' appears but after that the settings circle stay grey.
Tapping the circle again gives the message 'First connect your headset'.
By clicking the link above the settings circle I get the four steps message.
Also clicking the settings circle while playing music, so there is a BT connecting !!!, I still get the message 'connect your headset first' .

I still think it's a bug in the app..........

    Kind regards,
    Emile

I managed to get the app connected by starting the app, then turn on the headset and click the settings circle BEFORE the
voice 'phone connected'. Now I can go to the setting menu and see all settings.
Now that it is connected once, I can start the app after connecting the headset and the app recognizes the BT right away.
