Make sure you have SMH10 that supports firmware update. To receive firmware update, your SMH10 must have micro-USB port as power port. Also, back of the SMH10 must display "SMH10B". If you have SMH10 with round co-axial power port and "SMH10" labeled on the back, then your SMH10 cannot receive firmware update.

If you do have SMH10 with micro-USB and "SMH10B" labeled on the back but still having trouble updating the firmware, please contact our support directly.

Also in some cases some pc's may have a driver conflict on a specific USB port. Try using another USB port and try again.

Has anyone noticed since updating to v 3.3 that intercom connections are taking longer in initiate?

I have not noticed the intercom connection as I don't use intercom at all, but I did notice a slight improvement with the mic gain, but still needs more reduction.

The noise cancelling aspect of these units has suffered with the new V2 units compared to the V1 units.

With latest firmware(v3.3) and introduction of conference style intercom, slight compromised had to be made to intercom connection time period. We are investigating into uncompromising method to return shorter intercom connection time as experience in previous firmware.
