Mic is not working

Hi, I buy SMH5 in amazon.com

Simply mic is not working, When I use telephone pairing.

Is it any option or method to set up something ?

Or do I have to return this item?

  Hi GS,

  When you're on a call can you hear the other person?

  Please make sure to check all your connections specially the mic. Also try the reset switch in the back of the main unit - it's a small pin hole. Use a paper clip to press the reset.

  If still an issue please call our support line at 866-300-1235 so we can help you with a possible replacement.

  I am having issues, after a month, the mic audio is not working, i can connect to phone, and hear my convo same with intercome, but on the other end they cannot hear me. 

   

  my microphones are fine, i think its the unit? thanks
