Please fix the terrible SMH10 earbud clamp design
Dear Sena,
I'd like to know if you ever plan to fix the terrible earbud clamp (A0303 and A0304) design? I know you've already redesigned it once but the new design is just as bad and just as prone to breakage. I've had one of the old design and now three of the new design clamps break. This ruins an otherwise great product, and it's really a shame because it's such a simple fix. I know you've received this feedback from countless people. This issue is all over your forum, as well as every other forum on the internet, so it cannot be any surprise to you exactly how terrible this design is, or how widespread this problem is. Anyone using earbuds with an SMH10 has likely broken several of these. People have resorted to using Sugru or other ways to try to reinforce this design.
Other than this problem, I love your products but please know that this has become such a dissatisfier for me that I am considering switching to another brand of headset if you do not correct this. What puzzles me more than anything is that Sena seems to be very responsive to other customer requests for new features, but when it comes to fixing a known defect there's been no sign that Sena has any intention of addressing this.
Thank you

Agreed. The SENA bluetooth communication device is best-in-class based on the testing I've done (chatterbox & scala rider), but this is an annoying problem that seems easily fixable. Can I at least get a replacement clamp? The one I have is losing its connection slowly but surely. Please help!
