    Hello John,

I want to make sure you are doing the factory resets properly. Please view this video for the factory reset demo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjuh9Rl3--Q

I would also recommend doing what we call a "fault reset" - Insert a paper clip into the reset pin-hole (located in the back of the main module) and press the reset button for a second with light pressure.

Then pair both SMH10 for intercom. Do not pair the zumo 660 yet. Then test the SMH10s by powering off/on several times to make sure they re-connect each time.

Then delete the SMH10 from the zumo 660. Pair the zumo 660 with your SMH10. On your zumo go to Bluetooth > Audio. On the SMH10 press and hold the phone button (smaller button) for 5 seconds until the LED starts to flash rapidly red and blue. Then test to see if they will all reconnect upon power on.

Phone is able to charge on ANY charger I've given it so far: usb/computer, Garmin chargers, and a slew of other 12v car adapters. The only problem is the Sena 12v car adapters. They only work on the SMH10s and NONE of my other devices like baddie hub site working on all device. I agree with your conclusion that they're putting out a very low amperage - just enough for the SMH10 and my other usb devices need more. Too bad they can't be used globally, like all the other adapters I've tried.
