I can't charge my unit

@Emma, what model unit do you have? Have you tried to charged the unit using an in-house wall charger or a computer?
Normally, the red light will stay on solid when charging. Then, when charged the light will turn solid blue.
I would try to reset the unit. Here's how: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4_ScTHvFJI

Phone is able to charge on ANY charger I've given it so far: usb/computer, Garmin chargers, and a slew of other 12v car adapters. The only problem is the Sena 12v car adapters. They only work on the SMH10s and NONE of my other devices like null's brawl china apk working on all device. I agree with your conclusion that they're putting out a very low amperage - just enough for the SMH10 and my other usb devices need more. Too bad they can't be used globally, like all the other adapters I've tried.

The red and blue flashing usually means the unit is detecting power but not entering a full charging mode. I’ve seen this happen when the car charger isn’t supplying enough current. Try charging it from a mains plug or a power bank for at least 30 minutes. If there’s still no solid light or startup sound, it could indicate a battery or internal charging fault rather than a cable problem.
