SMH 10 firmware 5 cannot connect to anything.

After updating to firmware 5 yesterday,I can no longer connect to my phone Samsung Note 2,I can not connect to a sena SMH10 on out dated firmware.My phone indicates it is paired to a SMH10 v5.0. but nothing works......can some one help please?

  Hi Donald,

  Please make sure to perform a factory reset on the SMH10 with v5.0. Here's a how to video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjuh9Rl3--Q

  I would also delete the SMH10 from your phone. Then try to pair them.
