@Ken: A final release date for the 20S has not been set but the scheduled release of the 20S should be before the end of April. Please check the Press Releases section of our site for more information about the 20S when it is available.

Will it be available April here in the UK? May? June?

I'm off on a riding trip in July. Would be good to have it at least by then.

@Ken: The 20S will be shipping worldwide at the same time in mid April so it will probably be available in stores around early May.

I pre-ordered my 20S along with others from Spoiled Biker.  Word is that they've been delayed until mid May to ensure that they work as planned.  I thought the manual for the 20S had been released, but I may be mistaken; now I can't find it anywhere.  I'm really anxious to replace my 10R with a new 20S with all the new features. Long multi-thousand mile trip out west starting July 4th and the four of us hope to have upgraded to the 20S.

Be a shame if it has been delayed, but May still works for me, although I'd like it ASAP to be sure I have it for the July trip.

Any chance Sena themselves could comment on this possible delay and keep us updated on release/delivery schedule?

We learned this past week that the SMH-10 only  has 7 adjustable parameters; whereas, the 10R had 13.  One of those parameters is the ability to adjust the VOX sensitivity.  I sure hope that the 20S has the same VOX sensitivity adjustment and my 10R.  On a motorcycle, it is certainly needed.

Hi, ear bud mount available for this new model?  As in without the goofy connector, just a normal plug it in connector integral to the base...

Yes. Ear bud mount is available and the connector is flushed in to the clamp.

Thanks Dean. So, can you remove the speakers?  If not, are they disabled when you plug in the earbuds?

Different topic....   Do I understand correctly that I can pair this new model to any TWO bluetooth devices at same time?   What I would ultimately want to be

able to do is pair to my phone that gives me navigation instruction, music and phone ( as I do now with SMH10 ) plus have an audio signal from my radar

detector come through my headset.  Radar detector has audio out but no bluetooth. What else would I need?

I assume it will pair up with my other SMH10 ( passenger ) no problem?

The only downside to the new 20S that I can see is that there in only ONE clamp available - with a boom mic. This is not a 'deal breaker' because such a clamp can still be used on a full face helmet. BUT it's simply NOT as good as having a separate mic on a thin wire that can be velcro'd in to the front somewhere, i.e. as for the SMH10.

Can Sena please enlighten us about this. Will there be a proper clamp for a full face helmet and if not, why not? It's a serious and disappointing lack in what otherwise looks to be an excellent product. Will there be a 'full face clamp' made available at the time of release or at a later date?

If you have no such plans, better start making them before the 20S gets a serious kicking in the reviews, simply for not having a full face alternative.

Boarnut, yes it will pair with your SMH10 for intercom use with you passenger.

I think we're going to be good with a stick-on mount and wired mic.  With my Schuberth C3, stick-on mount is the only option; a clamp mount cannot be used.  I researched long and hard before paying for pre-order.

Ah, great news about the alternative mount/clamp. I was sure it must be on the cars, but hadn't seen anything. I note that there are now additional pictures on the main site showing the options.

All we need to know now is WHEN?

Dean, could you please fully describe these:-

    20S-A0201 Sena 20S Mounting Accessories
20S-A0202 Sena 20S Universal Helmet Clamp Kit with Microphones

What EXACTLY are those? Just so I can be sure when ordering.

    Thanks.

Thanks Dean. Couple of other questions....

    1. So, can you remove the speakers?  If not, are they disabled when you plug in the earbuds?

    2. Would I buy the SR10 or the SM10 to plug my radar detector and my non bluetooth gps into?

One more question re the SR10  -  SM10..

Am I right saying I can plug both my GPS AND my radar detector in at same time and have both come through my headset?

I assume one would take precedent.

I too would like a definite answer to this question posted earlier:

"I assume it will pair up with my other SMH10 ( passenger ) no problem? "

    @Boatmut:

    1. Yes you can remove the speakers.

    2. If you plug in earbuds into the earbud jack on the clamp unit then you will disable the sound from the connected speakers.

    3. You can plug a radar detector and a non-Bluetooth GPS device into either the SR10 or the SM10. Which one you want (SR10 or SM10) depends on what kind of priority you would like these devices to have. The SR10 will have the top most level or priority while the SM10 will have the lowest level of priority.

@Joseph: Dean has already answered that question but yes the 20S is able to be paired to the SMH10 without any problems using the same pairing process that the SMH10 uses.

And the manual has now been published on the Sena website.  My retailer, SpoiledBiker.com, is making plans to ship to us as soon as they arrive.  That's like 2 weeks, baby!

    Ok. They're shipping!

    But, what about Spain?

I don't see any motorcycle local retailer that have any information about it.

I try to order at Rezvilla  but I only have this anwser:

"Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship the following products to Spain:

    • Sena 20S Bluetooth Headset - Dual Pack

Please remove these items from your shopping cart to proceed."

    Why?
