Why does my 2014 HD not recognize when the SM10 is plugged in to it? I'm using the Sena cable for my bike, but with it plugged in, the system is showing there's nothing connected. I know Sena can't connect via Bluetooth with it, but why not with the cable? I've spent hundreds of dollars on the SM10 and a pair of SMH10Bs and none of it works. What can I do?
