Can't access configuration menu (smh5-fm)
The manual says press and hold the jog dial for 12 seconds, then you'll get a voice prompt that says "Configuration menu”. I get 'intercom pairing', 'voice prompt', 'RDS AF setting', but never 'comfiguration menu'.

Please update the firmware on your SMH5-FM through the Sena Device Manager so that there will be a voice prompt when you enter the Configuration Menu.

I too can't access the configuration menu and I need to firmware update. When I first took the unit out of the box I was able to get into the configuration menu, but after the firmware update I can't anymore.

@Solomon: Please perform a "Factory Reset" and a "Fault Reset" on your headset. You can refer to the User's Guide on how to perfom those two resets.

I'm also having this issue in my SFR, whe you press and hold for 10" as the manual says, and the device go to "Intercom Pairing", and this problem don't let me pair the SFR with my phone, because you need to get into the menu for bluetooth pairing. I tried "Fault Reset" with the little botton on the back of de SFR and nothign, also conected to the software and update the firmware. Nothing happend.
