I phone 5s Siri issues

Since the recent  Apple software upgrade to 7.1.2, Siri has stopped working on my SMH 5, there be some other issues although I havent spotted them yet. Is there a software update that will solve this?

  Please try these steps.

  1. delete the SMH5 from your iPhone's Bluetooth menu.

  2. Turn of Bluetooth on your iPhone

  3. Factory reset your SMH5 (see steps below)

  4) turn on Bluetooth on iPhone and pair the SMH5 with your iPhone

   

  Factory Reset instructions:

  1. To restore the SMH5 to factory default settings, press and hold the Phone Button for 12 seconds until the LED shows solid red and you hear high tone double beeps. You will also hear a voice prompt saying “Factory reset”.
  2. Within 5 seconds, press the Jog Dial to confirm reset.
