Volume Level adjustments between "hello Sena" and stereo A2DP music from phone

I am using a 20S with latest firmware 1.1.1

I am trying to adjust the volume of my bluetooth music from my phone in balance with the volume of the "Hello Sena" voice prompts.  Even when I have the bluetooth volume on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) at Maximum, I can turn up the volume control on the Sena 20S loud enough to hear the music from my phone but then the voice prompt "Hello Sena"  is REALLY loud!   How can I adjust the volumes of the music and the voice prompts separately? I believe this is user error on my part.
