20s firmware 1.2 issues?

Is anybody else having issues with firmware update v1.2 on the 20s? It keeps saying group intercom and at one point just kept cycling through "say a command, cancel, group intercom, say a command, cancel, *ambientmode*." anyone who has this headset knows how loud the notifications are and I couldn't even shut it off so it just kept screaming in my ear till I pulled over and yanked the console off.

  Please do a Factory Reset while the headset is turned on, if you are able to. If not then turn the headset on and do a Fault Reset by inserting a paper clip in the back then re-install the v1.2 firmware on the 20S. Refer to the User's Guide on how to do a Factory Reset and a Fault Reset.
