SMH10B dual pack 5.1 firmware upgrade failed on second device. what happened?

New out of the box smh10B dual pack.  Trying to upgrade firmware on a vista computer.  First one worked perfectly but the second one just fails at 90 percent.  I have tried everything I could think of.  Fault reset, factory reset, delete and reinstall of device manager multiple times. Was able to get it back to 5.0 once but now it won't even take that firmware. Please help as the forums don't seem to talk about this 5.1 at all.

  I also have a SMH10B dual pack.  The first unit's firmware upgraded from 5.0.1 to 5.1 without issue.  The second unit immediately fails the upgrade with a "Failed to update firmware ... Cannot make backup firmware" message.

  Update...  Looks like, in my case, the Windows 7 UAC was getting in the way.  I ended up running the SenaBluetoothDeviceManager as Administrator.  The second device then updated as expected.
