Has anyone else had problems having warranty claims honoured by Sena?
Hi have been having a nightmare of a time attempting to have two faulty pairs of Sena SPH10 headsets replaced by Sena. After repeated requests they keep telling me it is not their problem but the retailer to deal with warranty issues. Unfortunately the retailer (JC Motors) is very unhelpful with fulfilling the warranty either and want me to send the headsets halfway around the world to them at my own cost, at which point they will send them to Sena and a decision is made. According to them the simplest solution is for me to buy two more sets at a discounted rate!
So far there has been a ridiculous lack of assistance from Sena, has anyone else had issues dealing with warranty problems? Any contact details of people within the company who may actually be helpful for a change?
