I have a dual set of Sena smh10. I have tried to pair them and you can only hear in one headset. Have already done a firmware update and factory reset. Any ideas? This is frustrating!

  I'm having the exact problem with an SM5 dual.  I've done the same thing you have and still have the problem with one set.  I can hear everything the unit says so it's not the speakers and I swapped the mics and still no change.  When I swapped the main unit between helmets the problem switched.  So it's in one headset mail unit and not the other.  Any help would be appreciated.
