Helmet-mounting Prism methods that avoid filming the helmet itself?
Got my Prism, and am trying to figure out the BEST way to mount it to my helmet so that I can avoid what I've seen in every YouTube video I've watched for the Prism so far--1/4 of the screen being filled with the helmet itself.ot
I'm not real crazy about using the top mount, would prefer to slap the thing on the side of the helmet, but not sure of the best way to do this and still get a clear/clean view of what I am looking at.
Please share your suggestions, I'd love to see pics as attachments as well.
Thanks in advance!

The best way to get what you want is to use the clamp mount, or the Glued Surface Mount if necessary, and the Support Plate then you can get something similar to this with your helmet http://www.sena.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Prism-Helmet-Clamp-Mount_Caberg-Tourmax.jpg and be able to adjust the camera to get the angle you want. Futhermore, you can change the camera lens to Narrow to further reduce the amount of the helmet that you see in your videos. The smartphone app is the easiest way to change this setting on the Prism.

using the helmet clamp and side mount (the metal mount that clamps to the side of your lid like the 20s / smh10, and the clip that mounts to the side of the naked camera, if done correctly gets you a very slim line of helmet on the side.
on the other hand, a "go-pro tripod screw adapter" costs almost nothing, and lets you use cheap go-pro mounts... which allow you to build the mount "forwards".. so you get less helmet in frame.
