Jumpy Video

I am finding the video very jumpy, or not smooth when compared to my Contour. This is in 1080P and mounted to the handle bars in the same mount as the Contour.

Is there any way with the Prism to smooth the video? It almost looks like I am recording on a trampoline LOL:
