SMH10 iphone 5s music skipping when paired with SR10
I have a SMH10 headset paired with a Iphone 5s, SR10, and a Blueant (universal intercom)
My normal routine is Turn the headset on, says Phone connected. I push phone button for Siri, tell it to play music, music skips for about 10 seconds before it finally settles down and plays smoothly.
If I delete all pairings and re-pair phone and universal intercom music plays fine then.
Soon as I pair SR10 and try to use the headset without SR10 turned on my problem surfaces.
Long as the SR10 is powered on then I don't have the music skipping issue. It's like the SMH10 is looking for it and can't find it.
I only use the SR10 occasionally so I don't bring it with me all the time. It is pain to have to delete all pairings and then repair the SR10 only when I need it.
I have a existing case 61030 open with Sena, but their solution is to RMA it. There is nothing wrong with the unit, it seems like a software bug to me. How do I get them to fix this, or will they even address it? They claim they don't have a iphone5s to test. I suspect it would happen with any iphone.
I've done factory reset and fault reset with same results.
Any other ideas?
