Issues with SR10 and NO response from Tech Support!
My SR10 has completely failed and I am now on my second day of trying to contact support. When I phone, it forces me to listen to music for just over 5 minutes and then says that they cannot provide the service today, then it disconnects. I called back and tried to leave a voice mail but the system would not actually accept a voice mail.
I have sent in an internet request only to received an automated response saying that my requested is being looked at, but so far have not had any human contact. I called the main number and was told that the support should be available. Called support again, and the voice mail still did not work.
What is going on?????????
