Sena SMH10 ver1 i think mic problem
I derided to reset the headsets today as i had some minor issues.
I reset just like the manual said and it seemed to work just fine.
I paired the two helmets together then i paired them both to our Iphones (no problems.)
But headset one no longer has a working mic.
(doesn't work at all )
Tried to reset them again, removed it and reseated it, yelled at it and still nothing. what do you suggest i try.

Two things your can try.
1. This could be a contact issue. try to re-seat the main unit in the clamp.
2. you can try to loosen the two allen screws in the clamp. if its too tight this could prevent contacts between the main unit and clamp
3. you can try switch out the clamp. put the main unit from headset 1 to headset 2's clamp (and vice versa). this will tell if the problem is with the clamp or main unit.
