This morning my SMH5 that I have had for almost a year started acting strange. I can turn it on with just touching the small yellow button! I have NO volume control! I can NOT get it to make calls, even though it is paired with my smart phone! Is there a way I can reset everything back to the factory settings?

I have reg. it with you all. I bought a pair of the SMH5's from the Helmet Shop in Daytona, FL. They installed them and have had no problems until this morning. Please advise. I really like this system.
