How to pair SMH10R with iPhone app?

I am trying to pair the SMH10R with the iPhone so that I can see the configuration on the SENA app, but once I´ve paired it, still it shows on the app the message to pair it again.  I follow up again the same procedure that the app requires and still it is not showing the SMH10R in the app, just in the iPhone Bluetooth devices list.

  Hi ccover,

  The Sena Smartphone app will only work with the Sena 20S, 10C, 10U, and 10R. The new 10R which will release in a few weeks is different from the SMH10R.

  I am having the same problem with the "new" (not so new now) SMH10R. The above answer, while informative, is not helpful in resolving the issue with the iPhone app and the SMH10R. *When* will the Sena Utility be updated to support all of your devices. This ability is central to why someone would purchase these products.

  Totally agree, I am having trouble with Bluetooth Device Manager for MAC, and I thought this was my answer. Really need this functionality for SMH10R.
