My smh-5 will not connect to any of my devices

    Please perform a Factory Reset on your SMH5. You can refer to the User's Guide on how to perform this operation. Then remove the SMH5 from the list of devices in the Bluetooth menu on your iPhone. Finally, re-pair the SMH5 to your iPhone.
