ZUMO550 SMH10 v5.1.1

I'm scratching my head, I have a ZUMO 550 and the latest SMH10 v5.1.1 firmware installed and wish to have my system setup like Case 2 in the handbook.

ZUMO connected to Phone - iPhone

ZUMO connected to headset - SMH10

ZUMO bluetooth audio set to Nav / MP3 / Phone

all works well and I can hear turn-by-turn voice prompts no problem.

The issue is when I pair the rider SMH10 to the pillion SMH10, I lose my turn-by-turn voice prompts even though I can see the ZUMO is still connected to both the Phone and Headset from the on screen symbols.

What have I missed ?
