10U remote doesn't turn off anymore

When trying to shut down the 10U remote it startup again automaticaly. It stills connect and disconnect form the U10 helmet system but I cannot get it to shut down itself. Also after a reset it starts up again. 

Any suggestions?

  Perform a Factory Reset on the Handlebar Remote by holding down all of the buttons until the LED turns purple. It will automatically power off so you will need to turn it back on by tapping the Front Button and you will need to pair it back to the 10U through the Configuration Menu.

  Result the same. Remote switched off and started up again, all on its own. I went to the dealer and got an new one so problem solved. At least for me.
