Perform a Factory Reset again on your 20S and delete the pairing from your Sony Xperia. In addition, power on the 20S and perform a Fault Reset using a paperclip. Power on the 20S again, place it into Mobile Phone Pairing mode and pair it back to your phone . If you are still having problems with your 20S after these steps then it is recommended to contact the retailer you purchased it from for warranty service.

Thank you I have tried the steps you recommended but there are non changes to the fault condition. I spoke to the local Sena dealer  (I purchased my unit when I was touring overseas) and they had no further advice to recommend. This is the second unit I have had the first one was replaced under warranty due to fault with the radio no working properly.

Liam - I'm having the same problems with my Microsoft Lumia - have you had any further advice from Sena?

David Sena ended up replacing my unit under warranty (They fought like hell to get me to pay the return freight to and from Korea but finally agreed to pay the freight costs). So I am now on my third unit (with two different previous faults) and this one is working fine so far.
